Wenn Du gefrorene Himbeeren verwendest, legen sie nach 15 Minuten auf die homogene Mischung.<\/li><li>Mischung aus dem K\u00fchlschrank nehmen. Eine Banane in Scheiben schneiden und zu den Himbeeren legen.
